1. Benefits of Dashamul :
Dashamul also helps prevent and reduce respiratory diseases and reduce chest and respiratory tract inflammation, asthma and cough. The Ayurvedic combination of Dashamul can provide relief from vomiting, nausea and gastrointestinal problems. Dashamul is an excellent remedy for treating intermittent or high fever. It also helps in regulating your body temperature.
2. Benefits of Haritaki (Harad) :
It is a herb which has many benefits. Eating Haritaki removes toxins from the body and keeps the digestive system healthy. Harad has laxative properties which provide relief from constipation. Digestion and metabolism of food improves, which keeps weight under control. On the other hand, jaggery helps in keeping the lungs clean in winter. Consuming it can treat digestive health, liver, lack of energy, iron deficiency, weak immunity. Haritaki being sweet and bitter helps in controlling bile; being bitter and astringent helps in controlling phlegm and acid, being sweet helps in controlling Vata dosha. Pippali is the most effective remedy for all types of phlegm-producing diseases such as asthma, bronchitis, decongestant, COPD, cough and cold symptoms.
