Return/Exchange/Buyback Policy
Utkarsh Corporation considers the satisfaction of its consumers and distributors as paramount. If customers face any dissatisfaction with a product, such as manufacturing or packaging defects, they can feel free to return or replace the product. Our policy is simple and clear for customer convenience. We make every effort to resolve customer issues as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
 
The following products will not be eligible for return or replacement
Products that have been damaged due to misuse, or whose tags and invoices are missing, will not be eligible for return or replacement. A product that has suffered accidental damage due to malfunction will also not be eligible for return. Users must initiate the return request process within 7 (seven) days from the date of receiving delivery of the product. While requesting a return, the User is required to submit a copy of the original invoice.The User will ensure that the product being returned complies with all the conditions set out in this policy, such as the product must be unused, all its packaging material must be intact. Wonderchef reserves the right to make changes to this return and refund policy without prior notice. Therefore, users should review the policy regularly to be aware of any changes.
 
At the time of requesting a return, the following documents must be provided:
Return request with genuine reason for return, Photos of the product and packaging, Copy of invoice The company will deduct courier charges and GST while refunding the customer.
 
Refund
As part of the return process, once you return your item and we receive it, we will notify you through an email or WhatsApp. This email will contain the information that we have received your returned item and are in the process of inspecting it. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or not. If your return request is approved, we will transfer the refund amount to your account. The customer or distributor can use this amount to purchase a new product of their choice. In addition, the customer will also be given the option to request a refund on their original product. This process ensures that the customer is satisfied with their shopping experience and does not face any difficulty in any case. Our priority is to resolve all your questions and concerns, so that you are satisfied with our products and services. We are always ready to assist you.
